Capt. Kuldeep Solanki, Founder of the Sainik Group, is a distinguished entrepreneur, ex-Indian Army officer, and visionary leader with over four decades of experience in mining, logistics, drilling, and exploration. After serving the nation with distinction in the Indian Army, he joined the family business in 1982 and transformed it into a diversified, globally operating enterprise. His leadership has been instrumental in building large-scale mining operations across multiple geographies and in identifying future-ready opportunities such as potash mining and renewable energy. An ex-serviceman at heart, Capt. Solanki upholds values of discipline, integrity, and service. Beyond business, he is passionate about sports, horse riding, and polo, actively promoting the sport by organizing polo events in India.Under his guidance, the Sainik Group continues to grow with purpose, responsibility, and a commitment to excellence.
